Delivery Information
We know how exciting a new order can be. That is why we work hard to make sure yours is delivered as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
UK Standard and Tracked Delivery
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail services, both Standard, Signed and Tracked. Any orders aim to be delivered within 3-5 working days of dispatch.
Please note during promotional periods orders it may take an additional 2-3 working days to arrive.
For orders dispatched using Tracked or Signed services will receive your tracking number with an estimated delivery window, followed by a confirmed delivery window within 48hrs.
You can track your order at any time using Royal Mail Track and Trace for Standard deliveries or download the Royal Mail app on your device to manage your delivery.
Worldwide Standard and Tracked Delivery
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail services, both Standard, Signed and Tracked. Any orders aim to be delivered within 3-5 working days of dispatch for Europe and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world.
Standard shipping does not include any tracking once it has been dispatched, delays could be caused by delays at Customs borders or with local delivery companies.

Returns & Refund Information
Refund Policy (Physical Items)
In order to be eligible for a full refund on your physical order, you have to return the product(s) within 30 calendar days of your purchase. Any products must be returned in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way (unless the order was received damaged).
After we receive your item, we will process your refund.
All refunds will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used for the purchase. It may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit/debit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact us our using the Contact Us form.
Refund Policy (Digital Downloads)
Due to the nature of Digital Downloads these cannot be refunded unless under exceptional circumstances.
If there is a problem with your Digital Downloads these will be reviewed on a case by case basis, you have to contact us within 14 calendar days of your purchase using the Contact Us form.
Exchange Policy
A product will only be available for exchange if the original order arrived damaged in transit or if you have received an incorrect order.
If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of your order arriving using the Contact Us form. A photo will need to be provided as proof the order was damaged in transit or incorrect, this cannot be provided through the Contact Us form but please have this available as it will be required when we contact you via email.

Under the United Kingdom's Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order. To do so you must inform us in writing within 14 days from the day after receipt of your order via our Contact Us page.
Returning any item within 30 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order).
Please quote your order number on all correspondence.
